Zaměřuje se i na problematiku podnájmu nebytových prostor.

Author: Tereza Zemanová Title: The lease of a non-residential premises The subject of bachleor work describes matters of tenancy and rental non-residental premises, creation of rental relation, including essentials appurtenances of rental contract and it also direcred on the possibilities of rental relation expiracy. It is focussed on problems with subtenancy of non-residental premises as well.
