Fractography of fracture surfaces by using of confocal and scanning electron microscopy
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá fraktografií lomových ploch, dokumentovatelných pomocí konfokální a řádkovací elektronové mikroskopie. Experiment se zaměřuje na přímé srovnání metod, jež se doposud nikdy v oblasti fraktografie lomových ploch přímo nespojovaly. Metody jsou porovnávány z hledisek samotné možnosti dokumentace požadovaných informací o materiálu, časové náročnosti a v neposlední řadě i financí.
Abstract:
The work deals with the fractography of fracture surfaces. The documentation is carried out by confocal microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The experiment focuses on the direct comparison of both methods, whose suitability for fracture surfaces analysis has not yet been.
