The main purpose of this bachelor work is to research of trend in prices of bank credits. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first part deals with basics in theory. Hlavnou témou bakalárskej práce je preskúmanie vývoja cien úverových produktov bánk. Práca je delená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. V prvej časti sa autor venuje teoretickým základom témy. Ako prvá sa vymedzuje problematika úveru. Neskôr definuje fázy, metódy a ostatné charakteristiky súvisiace s termínom. Analogicky definuje i pojem úroková sadzba (miera).
