Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma Třídní učitel jako spolutvůrce klimatu ve třídě. Cílem teoretické části je sumarizovat poznatky týkající se třídního učitele a jeho podílu na klimatu. The diploma thesis is elaborated on the topic of the Class Teacher as a Co-creator of the Climate in the Classroom.
