Abstract:

Hra stolního tenisu vyžaduje řadu dynamických akcí, které mohou vést ke sportovním zraněním. Stolní tenis je dnes jedním z nejpopulárnějších raketových sportů, a byť je považován za relativně bezpečný, protože nevyžaduje tolik pohybů, může v průběhu hry dojít k různým zraněním. Při soutěžních utkáních vyžaduje hra rychlé a extrémní pohyby, které mohou mít za následek poranění zejména ramene. Studie dokazují, že právě rameno a páteř patří k nejvíce postiženým oblastem u hráčů stolního tenisu, což je způsobeno výbušným rotačním pohybem během hry.

Abstract:

Table tennis requires a whole line of dynamic actions that may lead to injury. Table tennis is nowadays one of the most popular racket sports and even though this sport is considered relatively safe, since it doesn't require much movements, there may still be certain injuries. During tournaments, extreme and fast moves are required that may lead to shoulder injury. Studies have shown that shoulder and spine injuries occur the most and are caused by quick spin movements during the game.
