V této diplomové práci se zabývám analýzou a charakteristikou genomu tří dosud nepopsaných stafylokokových eta-pozitivních bakteriofágů čeledi Siphoviridae. In this thesis I deal with the analysis and genome characterization of three previously undescribed staphylococcal eta-positive bacteriophages of the family Siphoviridae. Eta gene contained in the genome of this bacteriophages encoding exfoliative toxin A, which is the major cause of human epidermolysis.
