Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá investicemi do nemovitostí za účelem pasivního příjmu. Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům na trhu nemovitostí, jakou jsou formy nabytí nemovitosti, aktéry na trhu nemovitostí a také souvisejícími daněmi. The thesis deals with investment in real estate for the purpose of passive income. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts in the real estate market, such as the forms of acquisition of real estate, actors in the real estate market as well as related taxes.
