Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá agendou podnětů od cestujících adresovaných Dopravnímu podniku hl. m. Prahy, akciová společnost. Dále se zaměřuje na možnosti podání těchto podnětů a proces jejich zpracování a prošetření. Také srovnává způsoby podání podnětů ve vybraných dopravních podnicích v zahraničí.
Abstract:
This master thesis deals with the agenda of passenger's suggestions addressed to the Prague Public Transit Company. It also deals with the possibilities of sending those suggestion and how are they processed. Furthermore, it is also compared to other public transit companies abroad.
