Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na trh s dětskými hřišti. Cílem této práce bylo doporučit konkrétní firmě, na který z vybraných trhů by měla soustředit svůj vývoz. K identifikaci takového trhu či trhů posloužily analýzy podnikového mikroprostředí a makroprostředí. Konkrétně byly použity PESTLE analýzy, Porterova analýza pěti sil a SWOT analýza. This bachelor thesis focuses on the children's playground market. The aim of this thesis was to recommend a particular company to which of the selected markets should focus its exports. The analysis of the corporate micro-environment and the macro-environment served to identify such a market or markets.
