Modification of activities of the value-creating process by the QR application

Abstract:

Diplomová práce navazuje na předchozí projekty, jejichž tématy byla metoda Quick Response. Tato práce se zabývá hodnototvorným procesem a jeho změnami, k nimž může dojít po zavedení metody Quick Response do podniku. Jedná se především o modifikaci jednotlivých činností hodnototvorného procesu po aplikaci Quick Response do podniku Synthesie, a.s. Bylo specifikováno, u jakých obchodních partnerů by se dala metoda Quick Response uplatnit, jaké výhody a nevýhody by tato změna přinesla a co všechno by se při implementaci této metody muselo změnit.

Abstract:

This diploma work continues the preceding projects which topic was the Quick Response Method utilization. The work engages the Value-Creating Process and its changes, which can apper after introducing the Quick Response Method at the company. It gives the investigation of separate activities modifications of the Value-Creating Process after the Quick Response Method applications at the company Synthesia, a.s. There are recommended appropriate business partners, who are able to apply the Quick Response Method. It mentioned both, advantages and disadvantages of this method utilization and also the changes, which should be done in connection with the implementation the method at the company.
