Recently the increasing resistance of bacteria to antibiotics is becoming increasingly worrying. Most are expected to be almost ineffective in the future. The issue of increasing resistance to antibiotics in S. aureus strains can be addressed by the introduction of phage therapy, which is a suitable alternative to antibiotic therapy.
