Abstract:
Záměrěm této práce je především analýza platné právní úpravy institutu nájmu ve vztahu k pozemku. Je proveden rozbor dle úpravy obecné obsažené v zákoně č. 40/1964 Sb., Občanský zákoník, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Pojednáno je zde o vzniku nájmu, subjektech a předmětu nájmu, právech a povinnostech smluvních stran a rovněž o možných způsobech jeho skončení. Dále je zde zmíněn zákon č. 229/1991 Sb …more
Abstract:
The aim of this work is the analysis of existing legislation in respect of the rental of land. Is analyzed by the general rules contained in Act No. 40/1964 Coll., The Civil Code, as amended. Discussed here is the emergence of charter operators and leasehold, rights and obligations of the Contracting Parties, as well as on possible ways the end.
