Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na stanovení množství jednotlivých biogenních aminů v osmi vzorcích vín pocházejících ze čtyř evropských zemí – České republiky, Španělska, Rakouska a Maďarska. Z každé země byla vybrána jedna odrůda bílého a jedna červeného vína. Všechna vína byla suchá – obsahovala méně jak 9 g zbytkového cukru na litr. This thesis focuses on the determination of the amount of individual biogenic amines in eight samples of wines coming from four European countries – Czech Republic, Spain, Austria a Hungary.
