Dynamics of the subjective experience depending on the value orientation of football referees

Abstract:

V naší dizertační práci jsme se zaměřili na výzkumné šetření prováděné u konkrétních osob fotbalových rozhodčích. Považujeme za velmi důležitou a přínosnou realizaci popisné charakteristiky každého rozhodčího a následnou predikci jeho osobnostních předpokladů, které představují významné faktory pro výkon jeho profese. Výzkum realizovaný pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku SUPSO nám umožnil sledovat vývoj dynamiky subjektivních prožitků a stavů osobnosti v průběhu jednotlivých utkání a také v rámci celého ročníku. Konfrontace získaných výsledků s popsanými osobnostními charakteristikami získanými prostřednictvím dotazníku SPARO nám umožnila predikovat důvody kolísání výkonnosti rozhodčích v průběhu soutěžního ročníku. Psychická připravenost rozhodčího a jeho schopnost odolávat negativním reakcím vnějšího prostředí představují důležité limitující faktory výkonnosti rozhodčího.

Abstract:

In our dissertation we focused on research conducted on specific personalities of football referees. We consider the realization of descriptive characteristics of each referee as well as the consequent prediction of his personal preconditions to be very important and beneficial. Both factors have significant influence on the professional performance. The research realized by using the standardized SUPSO survey enabled us to follow the development of dynamics of the subjective experience and states of temper during the matches and throughout the entire year. Confrontation of the results with described personal characteristics obtained through the SPARO survey enabled us to predict the reasons for fluctuations in performance of the referees during the competition year. Mental preparedness of the referee and his ability to resist the negative reactions of external environment are considered to be major limiting factors of the referee performance.
