Analysis of financial investments of the individual and the family

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá vysvětlením, jak se dělá finanční analýza jednotlivce a rodiny. Protože rodina je přirozená soukromá účetní jednotka a zájem rodiny má být povýšen nad zájem jejího člena, má analýza potřeb rodiny a stávajících cest jak je uspokojit naprosto klíčový význam. Finanční analýza je nutnou částí obchodního cyklu každé poradenské společnosti. Na jejím základě je možné provést finanční optimalizaci všech nalezených dílčích finančních plánů a přidat k nim plány na řešení těch cílů, které dosud nebyly řešeny. Cíle klienta jsou obecně subjektivní a objektivní. Mým úkolem jako finančního poradce bylo poznat i ty potřeby klienta, které si dosud sám neuvědomuje, tedy ty co jsou objektivní, ale nejsou současně také subjektivní. Současně jsem poznal stávající finanční portfolio, které řeší cesty jak dojít k těm cílům, které jsou již řešeny. Poté jsem mohl (musel) vytvořit nové finanční portfolio rodiny, do které jsem přidal i přidanou hodnotu mé práce. Provedením základní finanční osvěty dojde k pochopení všech objektivních cílů klienta a ideální je, pokud se všechny stanou též subjektivními. Jednotlivé smluvní vztahy s finančními domy jsou pak jen stavebními kameny, finanční produkt je tedy pouhým nástrojem k uspokojení potřeb klienta a jeho rodiny. Bez důkladné finanční analýzy je nemožné pracovat eticky a pro klientsky. Finanční analýza je tedy sběrem dat o situaci a objektivních potřebách klienta a bez ní je nemožné provádět finanční poradenství.

Abstract:

This work deals with an explanation of how to make a financial analysis of individuals and families. Since the natural family is a private entity and the interest of the family should be exalted above the interest of its member, the analysis needs of the family and the existing roads as to satisfy absolutely crucial. Financial analysis is a necessary part of the business cycle of each consultancy. On that basis it is possible to optimize all financial sub-found financial plans and add to them the plans to address those goals, which have not yet been addressed. The objectives of the client are generally subjective and objective. My job as a financial advisor has to know the needs of the client, which he still does not, therefore those who are objective, but not as well as subjective. At the same time, I know the current financial portfolio, which addresses ways occur to those objectives, which are already addressed. Then I could (have) to create new financial portfolio of the family to which I have added and added value to my work. The implementation of basic financial education is to understand the objective of all client objectives and is ideal if all also become subjective. Individual contractual relations with the financial houses are just building blocks, a financial product is simply a tool to meet the needs of the client and his family. Without a thorough financial analysis, it is impossible to work ethically and for the customer. Financial analysis is the collection of data on the situation and the objective needs of the client, and without it is impossible to carry out financial advice.
