Risk Management in the Area of Human Trafficking

Abstract:

Disertační práce pojednává o managementu rizik v oblasti obchodování s lidmi a popisuje tento jev v bezpečnostní realitě. Práce se zabývá systémovou analýzou skupin aktérů a jejich vzájemných vztahů, popisuje proces obchodování s lidmi a protiopatření. Obsahuje koordinovaný výklad dosažených poznatků z místních i zahraničních zdrojů o aktérech, typů obětí a jejich profilů, dále se pak zabývá vyhodnocením hlavních indikátorů možných projevů obchodování s lidmi a stanovením jejich významnosti.

Abstract:

The thesis is a theoretical analysis of risk management in the area of human trafficking and describing this phenomenon in security reality. It reflects the perception of a current threat of organized crime to the population. The work covers the systematic analysis of all the involved parties, their mutual relationships, the process of human trafficking itself and the countermeasures used to combat it. It includes a coordinated summary of all the relevant information on the subject from both local and foreign sources regarding the parties involved and profiles of the victims. Furthermore, the thesis provides information and evaluation of the main human trafficking indicators and discusses their importance.
