Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl urychlit grafické operace prováděné nad digitálními snímky patologické tkáně v prostředí programu nip2. Tyto úpravy se v současné době počítají na procesoru, což je při počtu a velikosti dlaždic, ze kterých se jednotlivé skeny skládají, časově velmi náročný úkol. Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to accelerate graphical operations on pathological images which are currently processed on CPUs with nip2 tool and its backend, library VIPS. There are thousands of rather big tiles which constitute individual pictures. Provided that, the processing is a very time-expensive operation even for a single scan.
