The main goal of the thesis is to do the comparism of the judge and the lawyer from various angles. The thesis takes a look at the thinking, attitudes and work style from psychological, ethical and legal point of view comparing personalities, qualification requirements, work motivation, work system and ethical rules of both professions. Abstract:
Práca sa zameriava na zmapovanie viacerých charakteristík myslenia a práce sudcu a advokáta. Skúmané je hľadisko psychologické, etické a právne a prevedená komparácia kvalifikačných predpokladov, pracovnej motivácie, podmienok práce, systému práce, osobnostných profilov a etických zásad ako aj porovnanie právnej úpravy de lege lata v súčasnej slovenskej a českej legislatíve.
