Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou riadenia nákladov vo vybranom podnikateľskom subjekte. V teoretickej časti sú popisované základné pojmi a metódy riadenia nákladov v podniku. V praktickej časti sme sa zamerali na analýzu už konkrétneho podniku DORASTAV, a.s. kde sme si ho stručne opísali a následne sme už konkrétne analyzovali náklady a výnosy podniku za vybrané roky 2008 až 2012.
