Prevention of osteoporosis for young women aged 15 - 20

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tím, jaká je prevence osteoporózy u dívek ve věku 15-20 let. Průzkumné šetření bylo prováděno na střední zdravotnické škole ve dvou fázích. Dotazník byl rozdán před edukačním projektem a poté, kde bylo zjišťováno, jaký byl rozdíl informací a prevenci o osteoporóze u dívek před edukací a po edukaci. Rozbor zjištěných dat a jejich interpretace informuje o tom, jaké jsou znalosti o osteoporóze a jaké jsou znalosti o prevenci z hlediska výživy a pohybové aktivity. Tato bakalářská práce poukazuje na to, jak je důležitá edukace o prevenci osteoporózy u mladých dívek.

Abstract:

This thesis investigates what is the prevention of osteoporosis in girls aged 15-20 years. The survey was conducted at a secondary medical school in two phases. The questionnaire was distributed before and after the educational project, where it was ascertained what was the difference of information and prevention of osteoporosis by educating girls before and after education. Analysis of data and their interpretation tells you what knowledge about osteoporosis and what are the knowledge about prevention in terms of nutrition and physical activity. This work points out how important is education on the prevention of osteoporosis in young girls.
