Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je uplatnění nástrojů štíhlé výroby pro vybranou kategorii produkce výrobního podniku. Použity budou nástroje procesního modelování a zlepšování. Práce bude verifikována v konkrétním firemním prostředí.
Abstract:
The objective of diploma thesis is the application of lean manufacturing tools for the selected category of products in manufacturing company. Thesis will include the tools of process modeling and Lean. Thesis will be verified in a specific business environment.
