The assessment of the social services development community planning process in the city of Uherské Hradiště.

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zodpovědět na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a to "Jaké mají občané města Uherské Hradiště informace o komunitním plánování sociálních služeb v jejich městě a jak hodnotí komunitní plánován sociálních služeb." V teoretické rovině se tato bakalářská práce zabývá procesem komunitního plánování rozvoje sociálních služeb ve městě Uherské Hradiště. Je rozdělena na pět na sebe navazujících částí, které se dále člení na jednotlivé kapitoly a subkapitoly. První teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol, v první kapitole jsou vymezeny základní definice a pojmy související se sociálními službami a jejich legislativním zakotvením. Na ni navazuje kapitola, která je zaměřena na komunitní plánování jako metodu sociální práce. Třetí kapitola obsahuje popis samotného procesu komunitního plánování sociálních služeb. Na základě teoretické části práce jsem odvodila dílčí výzkumné otázky, jejichž zodpovězení povede k naplnění výzkumného cíle práce. Druhá část práce je analytická a skládá se ze dvou kapitol. Je zde popsána zvolená metoda předvýzkumu a výzkumná strategie. Vzhledem k tomu, že samotný předvýzkum se uskutečnil ve městě Uherské Hradiště, stručně je provedena charakteristika města a jsou zde popsány projekty, které byly ve městě realizovány komunitní metodou se zaměřením na sociální služby. Pátá kapitola obsahuje metodologii aplikační části, cíl výzkumu a je zde popsán vzorek pro předvýzkum. Jsou zde uvedeny hypotézy a operacionalizace jednotlivých dílčích výzkumných otázek, technika sběru dat a organizace předvýzkumu. Následuje popis předvýzkumu - interpretace a vyhodnocení získaných dat. Na základě zjištěných poznatků je práce zakončená závěrem, který shrnuje výzkumná zjištění.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis has been to answer the main research question : "What kind of information have the Uherské Hradiště town citizens about the planning of social services in their town and how evaluate the community planning of socail services." The bachelor thesis deals in the theoretical part with the process of community planning of development of social services in Uherské Hradiště. It is devided into 5 follow up parts which are then divided into separate charpters and sub-chapters. The first theoretical part consists of 3 chapters, in first are defined the main definitions and terms related to social services and their legal enshrining. This is followed by chapter which focused on community planning as a method of social work. The third chapter consists description os the process of community planning of socila services itself. I deduced on the ground of theretical part of this work the particular research questions which answering leads to fulfilling of research goal of thesis. The second part is analytical and consists of 2 chapters. There has been described chosen method pre-research and research strategy. Given the fact that the pre-research itself took part in the town of Uherské Hradiště, there has been done briefly the characteristic of the town and has been described projects, vhich have been realised in the town by the method with tergeting of social services. The fifth chapter consists methodology of applications part, goal of research and has been there described sample for pre-research. There have been mentioned hypothesis andparticulars research questions, technique of collection of data and organization of research. This is followed by description of pre-research - interpretation and evaluation of gained data.On the ground of the discovered findings is the thesis ended by conclusion which summarized research findings.
