Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá technologickou charakteristikou CNC obráběcích strojů a jejich programováním. Dále budou popsány plastové materiály, které jsou zpracovávány obráběním a specifika obrábění těchto materiálů. Cílem praktické části je zhotovení modelu následně podle modelu vytvořit CNC program a vyrobit jej na obráběcím centru DMU 50.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the technological characteristics of CNC machine tools and their programming. Plastic materials that are processed by machining and the specifics of machining these materials will be described next. The aim of the practical part is to make a model then create a CNC program according to the model and produce it on the DMU 50 machining center.
