Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám osobností učitele prvního stupně základní školy. Mým cílem bylo zjistit, jak se jednotliví učitelé projevují ve své třídě, jak je jejich žáci vnímají jako svého vyučujícího a jak se učitel podílí na utváření sociálního klimatu třídy. In my thesis I examine a personality of a first grade school teacher. The purpose of my thesis was to learn how individual teachers present themselves in their own classroom and in what manners pupils perceive them and how a teacher contributes in a creation of classroom´s social ambience.
