Abstract:

CZECH STREET STYLE se věnuje vztahu oděvu, slova a veřejného prostoru. Pomocí fotografie zaznamenává momenty v prostoru ulic, jako jsou tagy, dráty, plakátovací plochy atd. Zaznamenává je na základě klíčových slov, která jsou vybrána z literatury a učebnic o oděvu a módě. Spatřuje tedy oděvní, módní a textilní termíny ve veřejném prostoru. Vzniká devět kategorií se slovními názvy a fotografickým obsahem. Tyto kategorie slouží jako základ a princip pro vytvoření autorského materiálu. Proces je uzavřen tvorbou módní kolekce z těchto materiálů a doprovodného grafického zinu.

Abstract:

CZECH STREET STYLE focuses on the relationship amongst clothing, words and public space. Using photography, it records moments in the streets space such as tags, wires, billboards, etc. It captures them based on keywords that are selected from fashion literature and textbooks. It therefore sees clothing, fashion and textile terms in a public space. There are nine categories with word names and photographic content. These categories serve as a basis and principle for the creation of author's material. The process is concluded by creating a fashion collection out of these materials and accompanying graphic zine.
