Abstract:

V posledních dvaceti letech, kdy dochází k nejnovější vlně globalizace, jsou stále častější konflikty v africkém kontinentu, které jsou příčinou stále většího množství lidských obětí a materiálních škod. Tato tendence má reálný vliv i na stabilitu a bezpečnost tak vzdálených zemí, jako je naše republika. Pomocí statistických metod prostřednictvím některých ekonomických a sociálních ukazatelů lze prokázat tendence a sklon některých regionů ke konfliktům. Za pomoci indexu nefunkčních států a různých typů statistických analýz daných do souvislostí s historickými aspekty afrických regionů lze dojít k závěru, že konflikt a jeho tendence jsou statistickými analýzami prokazatelné. Východiskem jsou teoretické poznatky, které uvozují problematiku bezpečnosti a stability z hlediska regionu, státu, konfliktu a bezpečnosti afrického kontinentu ve vztahu ke kontinentu evropskému. Stále významnější roli na stabilizaci mezinárodních vztahů ve světě, resp. v Africe a Evropě má regionální integrace, které sice vznikají prostřednictvím formálních vztahů, avšak na základě přirozených regionů. Často k této regionální integraci dochází prostřednictvím mezinárodních hospodářských organizací.

Abstract:

In the past twenty years, when it comes to the latest wave of globalization, there are the increasingly frequent conflicts in the African continent, which are the cause of a growing number of human victims and material damage. This tendency has a real influence on the stability and security of remote countries such as our republic. Using statistical methods through some economic and social indicators can be shown as the trends and tendency of certain regions of conflicts. Using the Failed States Index, different types of statistical analyses given in context with the historical aspects of the African regions, it can be concluded that conflict and its trends and statistical analyses are detected. The starting point for the theoretical knowledge, determine the issue of security and stability, from the perspective of a region, state, conflict and security on the African continent, in relation to the European continent. Increasingly important role in the stabilization of international relations in the world and in Africa, and Europe has a regional integration, which may arise through formal relations, but on the basis of natural regions. Often this regional integration occurs through international economic organizations.
