Tato práce je zaměřena na dnes populární rostlinu Miscanthus x giganteus. V teoretické části práce jsem se zabývala obecnou charakteristikou této rostliny, jejími pěstebními nároky, využitím a vlastnostmi. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on popular plant Miscanthus x giganteus. In theoretical part I dealt with general characteristics of this plant, with it´s demands for cultivation, use and attributes. I emphasize use of Miscanthus as an energy crop, which is why it is currently object of interest in our country and abroad. In the second part of this section I characterize explant tissue cultures.
