Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza nástroje hodnocení dopadů regulace RIA, který byl od 1. listopadu 2007 implementován do legislativního procesu České republiky. The main goal of this work is analysis of Regulatory Impact Assessment RIA, which was implemented into the Czech Republic's legislature on 1 November, 2007.
