The subject of this thesis is Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 ERP system implementation in functionally driven organization. The goal is to identify eventual problems, which can occur during the implementation of this system, and based on the findings deliver recommendations for the future projects to eliminate or minimize these problems.
