Regeneration for Masters Swimmers
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou plavání kategorie Masters. Je zaměřena především na jejich regeneraci. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny příklady dvou regeneračních plánů plavců kategorie Masters.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis summarizes the issues of swimming in Masters category. It focuses especially on their regeneration. In the end of the thesis there are enclosed examples of two regeneration plans of Master swimmers category.
