Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou právní i účetní a daňové aspekty koupě a prodeje obchodního závodu. Bakalářská práce je členěna do samostatných kapitol. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány jednotlivé charakteristiky týkající se právní úpravy i následných účetních a daňových hledisek, a to na základě souboru relevantních odborných zdrojů. Navazující praktická část zahrnuje vymezení konkrétního příkladu prodeje obchodního závodu a vymezení právních, účetních i daňových hledisek. Samostatně je zpracována i kapitola týkající se vývoje právní úpravy i zhodnocení řešeného tématu v závěru bakalářské práce

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the legal, accounting and tax aspects of the purchase and sale of a business plant. The bachelor thesis is divided into separate chapters. In the theoretical part, the individual characteristics concerning the legal regulation as well as the subsequent accounting and tax aspects are elaborated on the basis of a set of relevant expert sources. The subsequent practical part includes the definition of a specific example of the sale of a business plant and the definition of the legal, accounting and tax aspects. There is also a separate chapter on the development of legislation and an evaluation of the topic in the conclusion of the bachelor thesis.
