Preparation of 4,5-disubstituted benzene-1,2-dicarbonitriles

Abstract:

Byla provedena literární rešerše zaměřená na 4,5-disubstituované deriváty benzen-1,2-dikarbonitrilů. Bylo nalezeno několik postupů k přípravě těchto sloučenin. Konkrétně příprava 4,5-diaminobenzen-1,2-dikarbonitrilu 1 je v literatuře popsána třemi metodami. Experimentálně byly ověřeny všechny tři metody, avšak pouze jedna vedla k získání cílové sloučeniny 1. Pro další derivát, 4,5-dibrombenzen-1,2-dikarbonitril 2, byly nalezeny čtyři možné způsoby příprav. Syntéza této sloučeniny byla provedena pomocí jedné vybrané metody. Poslední derivát, 4,5-dijodbenzen-1,2-dikarbonitril 3, je v současné době v literatuře popsán jednou tříkrokovou syntézou, nicméně tímto postupem nebylo možno cílovou látku získat.

Abstract:

A literature search has been performed focusing on 4,5-disubstituted derivatives of benzene-1,2-dicarbonitriles. Several synthetic methods were found. The synthesis of 4,5-diaminobenzene-1,2-dicarbonitrile 1 is described in the literature by three methods. All three methods were experimentally verified, however only one method afforded the target product 1. Four synthetic methods were found for the preparation of 4,5-dibromobenzene-1,2-dicarbonitrile 2. The synthesis of this target compound was successfully accomplished by one selected method. The synthesis of final derivative - 4,5-diiodobenzene-1,2-dicarbonitrile 3 is described in the current literature by one method, however this method did not provide the target product.
