Remuneration and Benefits in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Odměňování zaměstnanců je zásadním prvkem pro jejich motivaci a spokojenost v pracovním prostředí. Efektivní systém odměňování a nabízených benefitů je nezbytný pro konkurenceschopnost firmy, udržení stávajících zaměstnanců a získání nových. Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit úroveň spokojenosti zaměstnanců se stávajícím systémem odměňování a benefitů v dané firmě. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci a byla analyzována interní data a směrnice firmy. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí motivace, různými způsoby odměňování a typy benefitů s ohledem na motivaci zaměstnanců, včetně generačních rozdílů. V praktické části jsou respondenti dotazováni na míru spokojenosti se systémem odměňování a benefitů v konkrétním podnikatelském subjektu.

Abstract:

Remuneration of employees is an essential element for their motivation and satisfaction in the working environment. An effective system of remuneration and benefits offered is crucial to a company's competitiveness, retaining existing employees and attracting new ones. The bachelor's thesis aims to assess employees' satisfaction levels with the company's existing compensation and benefit system. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire investigation is conducted among employees and the internal data and guidelines of the firm are analyzed. The theoretical part deals with the definition of motivation,as well as with different ways of remuneration and types of benefits with regard to employee motivation, including generation differences. In the practical part, respondents are asked about the level of satisfaction regarding the system of remuneration and benefits in a particular business entity.
