Cieľom práce je zhodnotiť vývoj firmy U.S.Steel Košice, s.r.o. v rokoch 2005 až 2015. Teoretická časť bakalárskej práce je venovaná základným pojmom, fundamentálnej analýze, tzn. teórii finančného zdravia podniku, finančnej analýze, jej postupom a prístupom, ukazovateľom, metódam a moderným metódam ocenenia a hodnotenia výkonnosti podniku a strategickej analýze.
