Abstract:
Tématem práce je účast veřejnosti v územním plánování. Jejím cílem je pojednat o právních prostředcích účasti veřejnosti v územním plánování podle stavebního zákona, konkrétně v procesech pořizování politiky územního rozvoje a územně plánovací dokumentace. The central theme of the thesis is a public participation in land use planning. The aim is to discuss the legal means of the public participation in land use planning under the Building Act, specifically in the approval procedure of spatial planning documents.
