Process of Continuous Improvement in The Company
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rozbor možných nástrojů neustálého zlepšování podnikových procesů, které využívají metodologie Lean a Six Sigma. Na příkladě konkrétního podniku je následně provedena analýza vybraných nástrojů a podány návrhy na jejich zlepšení.
Abstract:
This work deals with characteristics of possible instruments of continuous improvement, which are used by Lean and Six Sigma. After that is performed analysis of selected procedures in real company, with proposals to improve.
