Analysis of the Satisfaction of Clients in 3D PROGRAM s.r.o.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat spokojenost zákazníků s prvky pro dětská hřiště společnosti 3D PROGRAM, s.r.o. K tomuto výzkumu bylo použito dotazníkové šetření. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou část a na část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána problematika spokojenosti zákazníků, marketingového výzkumu a teoretické poznatky ke SWOT analýze. V praktické části je provedeno vyhodnocení spokojenosti zákazníků, které bylo analyzováno na základě dotazníků. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny jednotlivé návrhy a doporučení vedoucí k nárůstu poptávky po produktech firmy a spokojenosti zákazníků.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis was to analyse customer satisfaction with elements for playgrounds by the company named 3D PROGRAM, s.r.o. This research has been conducted by use of a questionnaire survey. The thesis is divided into two sections, the theoretical section and the practical section. The theoretical section describes the concepts of customer satisfaction and marketing research and it also contains a theoretical base for SWOT analysis. The practical section covers the results of customer satisfaction based on the questionnaire and its analysis. The conclusion of this thesis provides individual proposals and recommendations aimed at increasing demand for company products and customer satisfaction.
