Práce popisuje principy agilního vývoje softwaru a uvádí jejich výhody oproti rigoróznímu přístupu. Zaměřuje se zejména na jednotlivé současné varianty metodiky SCRUM, tyto popisuje z pohledu odlišnosti procesu, struktury týmu a používaných artefaktů. The aim of the thesis is to describe agile development methods and to compare them to rigorous methods. A particular attention is focused on Scrum framework and its variants.
