Anotace:

The thesis deals with business planning for start-up companies. The author investigates the project for creating a music-recording studio in the Czech Republic with focus on online mixing and mastering. Within the course of the research, a detailed business plan is developed for the company, and financial estimations are justified. The author delivers conclusions on the feasibility of the project, and provides recommendations for the company to succeed in its business activities. The thesis should be of interested to researchers investigating business planning for start-ups in the Czech Republic.
