Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou zakladania obchodných spoločností ich druhmi, zápisom do obchodného registra a elektronickému podaniu návrhu do obchodného registra. Prvá kapitola je teoretická, rozoberá všeobecnú charakteristiku a právnu úpravu obchodných spoločností.
