Investigation and its importance in criminology

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pátráním, což je taktická metoda v kriminalistice. Úvodní kapitola bakalářské práce je věnována charakteristice pátrání. Co je to pátrání, jaký má význam a cíl. V druhé kapitole je rozdělení a popis druhů pátrání. U druhů pátrání, je kladen převážně důraz na pátrání po osobách. Dále jsou vysvětleny v této kapitole způsoby pátrání a územní rozsah pátrání. Třetí kapitola je věnována zásadám a metodice pátrání. Kapitola obsahuje popis specifických zásad pátrání. U metodiky je důležitý popis fází pátrání a popis činností, které se při určitých fázích plní. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována policejním informačním systémům, které jsou používány při pátrání. V kapitole je rozdělí informačních systémů a jednotlivé informační systémy používané při pátrání. Pátá kapitola je věnována mezinárodní policejní spolupráci při pátrání a popisu organizací jako je Interpol či Europol. Poslední kapitola je o současné technice a budoucí moderní technologie při pátrání. Zaměřena je především na vrtulníky, drony, umělou inteligenci a roboty.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with search, which is a tactical method in criminalistics. The introductory chapter of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the characteristics of search. What is a search and what is its meaning and objective. The second chapter is the division and description of types of search. For the types of searches, the emphasis is mainly on the search for persons. Furthermore, the methods of search and the territorial scope of search are explained in this chapter. The third chapter is devoted to the principles and methodology of search. The chapter contains a description specific principles of search. The description of the phases of the search and the description of the activities that are performed during certain phases is important for the methodology. The fourth chapter is devoted to the police information systems of the that are used in searches. The chapter divides the information systems and the individual information systems used in the search. The fifth chapter is devoted to international police cooperation in searches and a description of organisations such as Interpol and Europol. The last chapter is about current technology and future modern technology in search. It focuses mainly on helicopters, drones, AI and robots.
