Návrh optimalizace směnného provozu přepážkové služby

Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na zlepšení obslužnosti a zefektivnění činnosti pracovníků přepážek pošty České Budějovice 5. V první části je popsán proces, procesní řízení a teorie hromadné obsluhy. V aplikační části je popsána stávající situace na poště 5 a směny pracovníků. Z výstupů vyvolávacího systému a simulace v programu Matlab, je následně sestaveno doporučení a návrh řešení stávající situace.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on improoving the accessibility and effectiveness of the universal postal counters. The first section describes the process, process management, and queuing theory. In the application section describes the current situation in post 5 a shift workers.
