Předmětem této práce je návrh development centra pro všechny zaměstnance Krajského úřadu Moravskoslezského kraje, bez větší podpory externí agentury. The subject of this thesis is a proposal of a development centre designated for all employees of the Regional Authority of the Moravian-Silesian Region, without any major support of an external agency. An instruction manual, which is based on internal documents and personal interviews, has been drawn up for implementing such a centre in the future.
