Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Bariéry pěstounské péče pohledem pěstounů a pracovníků v oblasti náhradní rodinné péče je věnována problematice pěstounské péče. Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu zjistit, jaké jsou aktuální problémy a limity při poskytování pěstounské péče ve vybraných organizacích, které se zabývají náhradní rodinnou péčí. Na základě zjištěných poznatků se autor práce pokusil navrhnout řešení zjištěných bariér a limitů.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis on the topic of Barriers to foster care from the point of view of foster parents and workers in the field of substitute family care is devoted to the issue of foster care. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to use qualitative research to find out what are the current problems and limits in the provision of foster care in selected organizations that deal with substitute family care. Based on the findings, the author of the thesis tried to propose a solution to the identified barriers and limits.
