Mental hygiene - burnout with police

Abstract:

Syndrom vyhoření je celospolečenský problém, který se bude vyskytovat v každém zaměstnání, kde bude kladena zodpovědnost při a pro práci s lidmi, a to nejen u zaměstnání policisty. A proto je důležité zjistit včas, kdo, kdy a jak může byt tímto problémem postižen tak, aby bylo možné pro zaměstnavatele předcházet zbytečným excesům, a to nejen proto, že policisté při práci používají střelné zbraně. Teoretická část diplomové práce se bude zabývat základním vymezením pojmů daného problému, vztahující se k vysvětlení problematiky policejní práce na oddělení 1. typu a zároveň popsání a vymezení stresu, stresových situací, zjištění jejich příčin a důsledku ve vztahu a specifikám policejní profese. Praktická část bude zaměřena na zjištění, která složka policejní práce je ohrožena symptomy syndromu vyhoření na oddělení 1. typu, ve vztahu k délce služby, vzdělání či pohlaví policistů a zjištění zda policisté vnímají faktory, které jsou zdrojem stresu či pracovní nespokojenosti a jak s nimi bojují, či využívají určité konkrétní techniky k jejich odbourání.Výsledky diplomové práce je možné využít k výchovnému působení na zaměstnance ohrožené symptomy syndromu vyhoření tak, aby zaměstnavatel mohl efektivně předcházet situacím, kdy by zaměstnanci byli ohroženi stresem a motivovat zaměstnance k tomu, že využíváním konkrétních technik duševní hygieny se lze připravit na lepší zvládání stresu a stresových situací.

Abstract:

Burnout is a societal problem that will occur in any job where it will be placed responsibility for and to work with people, not only for police work. And so it is important to find out in time, who, when and how you may be affected by this issue so that it is possible for employers to avoid unnecessary excesses, not only because policemen at work use firearms.The theoretical part will deal with the basic definition of the terms of the problem relating to his explanation of police work on the separation of type 1 and at the same time describing and defining stress, stressful situations, determine their causes and consequences in the relationship and the specifics of the police profession.The practical part will focus on finding the folder that police work is threatened symptoms of burnout at the Department of type 1, in relation to the length of service, education or gender officers and determine whether police understanding of factors that are a source of stress and job dissatisfaction and how to use them fighting, or use a particular technology to its degradation.The results of this thesis can be used for educational impact on employees at risk of burnout symptoms so that the employer could effectively prevent situations where staff have been threatened by stress and motivate employees to do that by using particular techniques of mental hygiene can be better prepared to cope with stress and stressful situations.
