Předmětem diplomové práce „Strategické řízení podniků v oboru stavebnictví“ je analýza důvodů snížení marže společnosti Consterra s.r.o. v letech 2012 a 2013. V první části práce je analyzována současná situace podniku. Především to, zda je propad marže způsoben situací na trhu, neefektivním využíváním zdrojů podniku nebo kombinací obou faktorů. The goal of the submitted thesis: “Strategic management in building industry” is an analysis of causes of decrease of profit margin in company Consterra s.r.o. in years 2012 and 2013.
