Diplomová práce „Zhodnocení postupů a způsobů stanovení daně z hlediska správce daně“ se zabývá, na základě analýzy právní úpravy, popisem a zhodnocením postupů a způsobů při stanovení daně podle daňového řádu v teorii a s využitím praktických poznatků.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis „The Evaluation of Procedures and Tax assessment Methods by means of a Tax Administrator“ deals with description and assessment, on the basis analyses of legal regulations, procedures and way of tax determination by course of a Tax Rules in theory and with usage of practical knowledge.
