Abstract:

Disertační práce se zabývá výzkumem rizik heterogenních svarových spojů na JE a vývojem kvalifikovaných postupů jejich oprav. Práce se konkrétně zaměřuje na heterogenní svarový spoj č. 23 primárních kolektorů parních generátorů jaderné elektrárny typu VVER 440 MW. Disertační práce je rozdělena do čtyř etap: Etapa 1: Zajištění materiálu pro experimenty a zjištění aktuálního stavu heterogenního svarového spoje č. 23 primárních kolektorů parních generátorů na JE Dukovany včetně informací z výroby a montáže. Etapa 2: Výzkum chování heterogenního svarového spoje č. 23 primárních kolektorů parních generátorů během dlouhodobého provozu JE v prostředí sekundární vody EDU. Etapa zahrnuje hodnocení výchozího stavu a stavu heterogenního svarového spoje po určité době provozu simulované zrychleným stárnutím. Etapa 3: Vývoj technologie opravy heterogenního svarového spoje č. 23 primárních kolektorů parního generátoru jaderné elektrárny typu VVER 440 MW. Etapa 4: Aplikace výsledků výzkumu a vývoje heterogenního svarového spoje č. 23 do praxe. Nedílnou součástí závěrečné etapy je definování přínosů práce pro rozvoj vědního oboru a pro praktickou realizaci výsledků řešení. V závěru jsou rovněž uvedeny náměty pro další výzkum v oblasti problematiky heterogenních svarových spojů na JE v ČR.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with research on the risks of dissimilar metal weld joints at the nuclear power plants and the development of qualified repair procedures. The thesis specifically focuses on the dissimilar metal weld joint no. 23 of the primary collectors of steam generators at the nuclear power plant of the type WWER 440 MW. The thesis is divided into four stages: Stage 1: Provision of material for the experiments and determination of the current status of dissimilar metal weld joint no. 23 of the primary collectors of steam generators at the Dukovany nuclear power plant, including information from the production and assembly. Stage 2: Research of the behavior of the dissimilar metal weld joint no. 23 of the primary collectors of steam generators during long-term operation of the nuclear power plant in the environment of secondary water at the Dukovany nuclear power plant. The stage involves the evaluation of the initial state and the state of dissimilar metal weld joints after a certain period of operation simulated by accelerated ageing. Stage 3: Development of the technology repair of dissimilar metal weld joint no. 23 of the primary collectors of the steam generator at the nuclear power plant of the type WWER 440 MW. Stage 4: Application of the results of the research and the development of dissimilar metal weld joint no. 23 in practice. An integral part of the final stage is to define the benefits of the work for the development of the scientific field and for the practical implementation of the results of the solution. In the end of the thesis, are also given suggestions for further research in the area of dissimilar metal weld joints at nuclear power plants in the Czech Republic.
