Effect of CuEt on murine T cells and its role in tumour cytotoxicity.
Abstract:
The theoretical part is focused on disulfiram and its metabolite CuEt. The signaling pathways responsible for the priming of immune cells are investigated. In the experimental part the effect of nanomolar concentrations of CuEt on CD8+ and CD4+ T-cells is measured. More precisely ERK1/2 phosphorylation and expression of NKG2D and perforin is measured. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena na disulfiram a jeho metabolit CuEt. Jsou prozkoumány signální dráhy zodpovědné za aktivaci imunitních buněk. V experimentální části je ověřen efekt nanomolárnách koncentrací CuEt na CD8+ a CD4+ myší T-lymfocyty. Přesněji je ověřena fosforylace ERK1/2 a exprese NKG2D a perforinu. Dosažené výsledky jsou prodiskutovány a jsou z nich vyvozeny závěry.
