Abstract:
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investičního záměru, se zaměřením na fyzickou osobu. Důvodem výběru tohoto tématu je jednak dlouhodobý zájem o tuto oblast a jednak jeho významná role v soudobé společnosti. Hlavní cíl je rozhodnout o nejvhodnější investici. The topic of my bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the economic efficiency of the investment plan focused on one individual. The reason of the choice for this topic is both my long-term interest in this area and its significant part in contemporary society. Main goal is to choose the best investment.
